Thanks, Dee. I'm really not sure. It was a slightly slow day at work, maybe that was enough to give it some power, I don't know. If anything from HALT might apply, it's probably the Lonely part. I'm glad I have SR.

Ahh, here's the July 2018 thread. I knew I was being flaky. Anyhow, hi fellow Julyers. 7/2/18 - may I continue to do the next right thing one day at a time.

Two weeks today. Feeling good, but I've been here before and not going to let my guard down. Hope everyone has a wonderful Thursday.

I just get so wasted I don't even really recognise when the hangover begins and the drunkness ends. I get where you are coming from completely

22 days. Closing in on a month. I'm going to celebrate it somehow - treat myself. I don't know how, but it will be fun to think about for a while.

Good job everyone else. I am glad we have a strong class, and glad to have company on this journey.

Day 12... now tied for longest alcohol free stretch this year. I look forward to not having to view my tally every single day... just once a week... then just once a month...

YuriO... I already have a long term reward in place... an extended weekend getaway when the Midwest Weather kicks in... that and substantial weight loss... perhaps ween off of some of my medications... lots to look forward to.

Upcoming trigger was eliminated today... I have decided to not participate in fantasy football this year. For years, we would have the yearly ritual of showing up at noon at a bar on their patio, drafting our teams, and sticking around for 5-6 more in the late afternoon. I am not ready for that yet. (Plus, there are a lot of other clouds circulating around the NFL nowadays that made it an easier decision.)

Hope you are ok, Repeat.

Good for you TeeJay - my draft is like that too. I'm planning to ride my motorcycle to my fantasy draft. No one expects me to drink when I'm on two wheels.

I was going to wait & join the August class since I’m just getting started here with 1 day sober but I need the support & after reading through the last couple of days posts here & so much I relate too, I am going to join in with you Julyers 2018. Not my first rodeo here & the last couple of months being “out there” have been “scary & I see the writing on the wall if I don’t stop for good this time. Anyway, glad to come here & read from you all tonight.

Howdy, Mariah. Did you have a long stretch before the last couple months?
