"Morning" everyone (is noon still considered morning on a sunday? I think it is) 
Today is a great day because Snufkin has one week!!!!!
But today is also another day I'm feeling so depressed. I have decided do try and do some painting later though. I just have to get started I guess.

Thank you so much for acknowledging my teeny-tiny milestone! I know I relapsed thousand times, but something feels different this time. I feel like I can actually do it.
I’m sorry you’re feeling depressed Kev. It’s understandable, trying to cope with a breakup and all that happened suck big times... I know it’s not much help, but remind yourself that hard times are part of life and will pass. I hope you can do some painting today. Be kind to yourself!

Oh I love the sound of Polish and Russian! I find it sounds very sweet and I love their accents. Maybe cause our cleaning lady /nanny was from Poland when I was little, she's such a sweet lady.
Thanks Dee, I still haven't got started with anything. I just ate an apple and a cookie, made tea and am chatting on here. Luckily I don't have a cast, they screwed my bone together so it stays in place.
Yes you can do it Snufkin! You have it in you, we all do. And believing in yourself is the most important part. No one in history had ever achieved anything had they kept believing that they can't do it. Our minds are very powerful engines, so we have to be careful which direction we're steering to.

I may upload the dancer when she's finished. I'm not very good at it, I don't really know what I'm doing and I totally lack the practice but as long as it looks like a dancer and not a cucumber I'm happy with it.
