Today I celebrate my anniversary. Unreal. It is unbelievable how I have changed! Life is good. Thank you guys for all the love and support. SR really was always always there for me during my darkest and brightest days. So thankful.

Wow, a lot of reflection today. This time last year all I did on and off all day was wslk the dog, shower and drink ice water. Praying for God to help me.
Turns out it began with me helping myself. Profoundly grateful.
