Day 111
 

Just posting an update I've made it to day 111! It's been a rough ride for sure but after 12/13 years of drinking I've never made it this long sober.

Some rough paws most of the time. Anxiety pretty peaked out, tight Jaws, feeling of impending doom, health anxiety and the usual irregular heart beats. Just staying strong. I do have a cardiologist appointment on Thursday to finally put to bed these bad heart notions. I'm only 39 and hit the gym pretty often these days so I'm hoping it's all in my head.

Thanks for all the support and I'm taking it one day at a time. You can do it too. When I quit I never thought I'd make it 11 days let alone 111. Reading the boards really helps during the hard times.
