When I was ordering I couldn’t hear myself think, so I kept transposing the credit card numbers and the guy kept telling me it was declined, which made me want to run out into the road to find new people to strangle!
I like Jurassic Park - the first one is the best one.
Food is always the first thing I check when anxious or wanting to kill someone. Like I said earlier in the Food Addiction thread, it's not for nothing that it's the first letter in H.A.L.T.
And sometimes excitement feels like anxiety (or anticipation feels like anxiety.) They elicit the same physiological responses. Don't mistake excitement for needing a drink, Free2BeMe.
16 days is great, but the brain is still way speedy at that point. Try to slow it down some. Deep breaths...box breathe...
Check it out - BOX Breathing!

One giant task I intend to begin this week is organizing the thousands of print photographs I’ve accumulated over the years. The earliest one is my mom’s baby picture from 1918!
Some are some interesting pictures from my parents’ twenties, but the bulk are of my and my children’s childhoods.
As the stereotype goes, there are a ton of little me, because I was an only child—and my parents thought I was just precious till I was teenager!
Then lots of my oldest daughter. Then several of my second son, and almost none of my third and fourth children.
Finally there was an upswing for my youngest son—but mainly because by that point my daughters were old enough to take pictures!
Many dog pictures.

So are you going to smack me Gilmer love when I tell you I remember my credit card number? That is funny.....especially the part where the family sits around the table together happily munching pizza pretending that nothing ever happened.
Very bloody early good morning....and I have already been up for an hour....

Could you maybe do both....I know it's a fair bit of work, but I bet that you will be really glad you did.

I did have my credit card memorized, Suze.
That’s how rattled I was—I kept flaking out on the last two digits!
The baby was screaming in my ear, climbing on me, and clutching at my hair, while my granddaughter was insisting I pay attention to her elaborate dancing!
