If you’re new into recovery, or even if you’re not, a great place to start is to read and try to really process the book Alcoholics Anonymous. It’s available for free online and it truly does work. Even if you choose not to do AA meetings, if you embrace the principles laid down in that book your life will improve drastically. Live the 12 steps and it’s a great way to live and love.
