I haven't been around much this week, but pleased to say that I'm now 3 weeks sober.

As some of you know I also started taking anti depressants after week 1 of sobriety because I was struggling mentally. I'm day 12 on the anti depressants and I am starting to feel more positive and better about myself. I haven't thought about alcohol once since starting the anti depressants.

2 weeks ago I was a paranoid mess. But at the time I didn't recognise I was acting irrational and out of character. I thought it was everyone else who had the problem. And now looking back at where I was then, and where I am now, I can see a drastic difference in who I am.

I've still got a long way to go and deal with many anxieties and overcome many battles but I can honestly say me and alcohol are done for good.
