The Small Things

Yesterday I "let" my wife roll the trash can out to the street for trash pickup. I can't remember the last time I "let" her do that......I've been scrambling to get my empties into the trash bin and roll it out to the street before she got home from work for as long as I can remember. Sobriety feels good in so many ways I'm not expecting. 10 days in..... :)

Man, i know that feeling. Trying to keep the empties quiet while rolling out the recycling bin. Glad that’s over. Great job on 10.

Congrats on Day 10!
You are now beginning to feel the freedom that sobriety gives back to us!
All that energy we put into lying, hiding, manipulating and obsessing about alcohol can now be used for the real purpose of life! Enjoy your day!

Congrats on Day 10.

Yes, the relief of not worrying about the lies and secrets and betrayals is worth the price of admission to sobriety, I think.

What a waste of human capital to have spent all those years of our lives sacrificing so much to the poison. Here's to putting that all away for good.

Nice work. Keep it moving.
