Oh well not long now lol. Dear me. Ok i suppose 14 years of binge drinking will do that too ya.

Thanks for all of the information everyone has put here. May 6th my last drink. Overall I feel that I have done well to quiet the AV, started the exercise. tightened up my diet and started multi vitamins. Today though I became Mr Cranky Pants for no other reason I could think of. I forewarned my wife and asked for a little grace in case I snapped at her. Mainly I wanted to punch a wall whenever something little went wrong. I didn't and by late this afternoon it went away. I guess Leo1984 that this is something we will have to deal with as they arise. Hope you get better soon. Congrats on 29 days and counting. Keep posting please.

Well done Marcutah1, yes the cranky pants can happen I had to explain to my wife as well what was happening to me, we change like werewolf's lol, she was very supportive and intrigued as she is a normal drinker i.e. 1-2 beers a week if that!!
