Question for the ladies

Hi ladies! In my ongoing efforts to not drink, I've noticed a weird trend and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced it. I have found that there are twoish weeks a month in which it's not terrible to live without drinks. Challenging, but not a white knuckler by any means. Then, relapse happens almost effortlessly, and it's about two weeks before I can get my mentality back to where I feel like I can walk away.
That being said, the bad two weeks are always around the insomnia, horrible mood swings, and exhaustion of ovulation and pms. Anyone else notice a cyclical link to the strength of urges/cravings and decrease of will power?

Yes, definitely.

Yes. Some addiction counsellors will recommend not quitting in those two weeks. The first time I quit smoking I was advised that after I quit.
