So then, how to truly let go (of resentment)? What works for you? I'm going to post the words and link to a song called "Let Him Fly"written by Patty Griffin and covered by different artists. This song helps me sort "visualize" the act of letting go....whether it is a metaphor of sorts, or emotional release of mental liberty. We need to let "it" go, not necessarily 'him' go. Let it go. Just let it go.
