Hello, I am just posting here to see if maybe this will help me. I am the spouse of an alcoholic. I am sure I'm not the only one here. I don't feel ready to share a lot but I do know it has to start somewhere.

Did you find the freinds and family sub-forum yet? Loads on there that would probably be useful as well as here in Newcomers. There are things called 'stickies' which are threads that are so good and useful that theyre kept at the top of their forum, and they're worth exploring.
