Feeling tired.. PAWS?

Today marks 81 days without alcohol. Haven't had any urges lately. They seem to come in waves. Not very many early on, then a few weeks ago they came on strong, only lasting a few days.

I recently gave up the cigarettes (15 days ago) and started lifting weights around the same time.

Problem is, I've been feeling very fatigued throughout the day. Seems like no matter how much sleep or rest I get, I'm always feeling tired. My diet is strong and I'm eating plenty of healthy calories so I'm wondering if this might be PAWS. I was an extremely heavy drinker at about a liter of vodka every day, for many years. This is the longest I've ever gone without drinking, so I don't really know what to expect from PAWS.

I was tired the first few months as well. Gradually my energy and motivation returned. I now accomplish more in a day then I ever have. I think you will adjust soon. Sounds like your doing all the right things. Keep up the great work
