Weekender Thread 02-06 AUGUST 2018
I'd like to welcome anyone new to SR and new to this thread.
Weekends can be a tough time, and that's what this thread is about - support.
We also share bits and pieces of our lives and the things that are important to us, or make us laugh..anything that makes the journey a little easier
If you've never jumped into a weekender thread before - no time like today...do it now!

Goodmorning from Scotland.
Signing in for a sober weekend. It'll be the first for along time.
Half of me is nervous as Friday evening = lots and lots of wine !!!
But really looking forward to having a weekend without a hangover and being able to do stuff with my children, instead of lying on the settee suffering.

I woke up at 12:30 AM and couldn't go back to sleep. Just like the old days, sitting here with hot chocolate and reading SR.
It's a good safe place when sleep is elusive.
Jump in, you say?
I'm a bit obsessed with bears this week.

I'm a bit obsessed with bears this week.
My bear thing started on Monday at the zoo: one of the Grizzly bear twin boys was enjoying the summer but enjoying his pool more, chin in waterfall.
Then yesterday I bought a Ty stuffed bear and I'm oddly attached to it. It's the size of a human infant, and I believe my mama instinct is triggered!
