Seriously, Day One (sigh)
I need to do this. I want to do this. It’s embarrassing. I’m sure they all know at work. I’m sure I look worse than I think and I know I shake. I’m tired. This sucks. Starting over on a holiday weekend seems foolish. Even with all the support, it feels lonely. Exhausting.
Use SR. Make it one of your support tools. Post every day. Post in the 24 hour thread to show your commitment to sobriety. And join the Class of May to share the journey with others getting sober this month.

Betha (you too, Tonymblue) - The misery can end now! There's no reason why you can't leave that sad old life behind and begin to heal. A beautiful life is waiting for you.
You are never, ever alone.
You are never, ever alone.
Stay here. Keep posting. Don't be like me, looking back at a thread i made from 5 years ago, wishing I had stayed here then. It will be so worth it. Im only at 2ish months and my life has improved exponentially. Congrats on a lovely clean slate.
