Hi Cuckoo,

Physical changes: glowier skin, bright white eyes, less puffy in the face, not bloated in the belly, completely healthy normal bowel situation now (you don't realize how awful it has gotten till you go back to being healthy), back to normal blood pressure and blood test numbers, and AMAZING SLEEP. Going to sleep naturally, not waking up 4 hours later, instead waking up in the morning feeling great.

I haven't lost a ton of weight yet. I think that's because I am still eating just about daily chocolate as part of an evening routine with hot tea instead of wine.

I've also been able to exercise consistently and harder now and feel great. I know some people manage to work out while drinking but I couldn't get in a regular routine. Mornings have been given back to me. Incredible how much life opens up when you are not spending so many hours buying alcohol, consuming it and spending half the day recovering from it.
