But thank you, I do get what you are saying. I don’t really know what to say now, I just got upset with myself, I hate the thoughts I have, I would never act on them, just wish I didn’t get them. Also hard looking after people that have the same issues, that’s not drink related. I’m ok now, thank you for listening and being here.

You haven’t at all Dee , just takes me a while to reply as well don’t have a pc now and my bifocals don’t work so great on these small screens ;-)
