Good to see you Lava.

MB/Dragon a Weekenders Ocean's Eleven style heist sounds like a lot of fun. As yoy know I visited the British Museum last week, there is literally tons of priceless stuff there, most of which us Brits looted in the first place

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LESSGRAVITY!

I agree Venus Bishop Michael was amazing. You could see all the royal family and many of the congregation smiling and looking a little uncomfortable, we brits are not used to such displays of passion and emotion, we get embarrassed by it. Royal Weddings are always full of pomp and ceremony, but he broke them, and the smiles got less uncomfortable till they all started enjoying his words and opening their hearts and minds, beautiful!. xx

Oh, how I did that mental negotiating. Mine was kind of like I can survive the day IF I have alcohol ready for 5pm. But only if. Otherwise...what? Sneaky AV. Ridiculous.
Hi Venuscat!
My husband is the best, honestly. He is super supportive and just wants me to be healthy and happy and not lose any years to addiction. He's been so patient with me.
The negotiation is the worst. I wasn't really trained to self-advocate and that makes winning the negotiation hard. Being stronger than the Avis a work in progress for me.

I've been shopping for clothes for my business trip.

So glad I'm done with it and it will not be looming over me tomorrow.

Now I need to do some writing.

Hope everyone is having a good sober day)

It's bedtime at Saoutchik Towers too. Time to raise the drawbridge and douse the candles.

I have just finished (in two days) the most fantastic book called "Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine" by Gail Honeyman. It's about loneliness, friendship, kindness and had me laughing and crying in equal measure. Well worth a read.

Time for bed, night night weekenders. Take care ya'll xx

Maybe we'll have another Triple Crown winner again this decade! Wouldn't that be exciting
I love horses and have had them most of my life except the last too many years. I rescued several horses off the track and I abhorr racing for the most part, but I grew up watching these races with my dad and I just have to watch the Triple Crown.
