Well I did it

I told my husband my secrets and lies.
Now I just got to get through day 1

Well done Bumblebee!! I can only imagine how hard that was for you to do and that took strength. If you have the strength to do that you can get through Day 1. Were all here for you and were on your side x

Great start, Bumblebee. I am sure that was difficult.

Welcome to Day 1. Stay close. We care.

Is your husband with you? You can head to the ER for help with a medical detox.

I take my hat 🎩 off to you!

Secrets and lies tear at our very soul.

A great way to start the new beginning 👏

(((HUGS)))) . Yeah, I know you feel bad. You're not going to feel like this forever. We all know how you feel and it can indeed get pretty bad. Can you make yourself some calming tea like chamomile or Sleepytime? That was really helpful to me in my early days. Take a walk, march in place, take a bubble bath? Stay close. You are doing awesome!

Make sure you see a Doc if you think it's getting too crazy.

Good on you for coming clean. Very powerful. Anything you can do to create accountability for yourself is probably a good thing.

Just be sure to treat yourself too. Especially in these early days. Ice cream, good movie, comfort, etc. You deserve it. This is a big deal!

Stay strong. I've been there, as many of us have. You can get through this and come out the other side.
