Alot of us know about or have experienced alcohol withdrawal and the insanity the it involves. I was expecting serious withdrawal since up until today I have been drinking a lot every day, but so far it's only mild discomfort. I think I could sleep it off. Then again it might actually be bad but it doesn't feel so bad to me. After opiate withdrawal this is nothing

A lot of it is psychological. I would often go through the day without drinking and only drink at night, but today I expected withdrawal symptoms since I'm quitting so everything seemed worse
