Morning, weekenders!
Thank you for Birthday wishes!
It's my 6th (!) Birthday without wine, and traditionally I share this day with SR.
So, you will see me posting all day long))
Dragon - To be precise, my Kindle Paperwhite has 16 shades of grey. And last night I switched to reading before bed instead of watching UFC to unwind me.

The weather is gorgeous.
So I relocated to the balcony already.
I am having coffee, strawberries with coconut cream, listening to jazz, and just relaxing.
With every year my sober birthdays get better and better!

I slept for 11 hours and the antibiotics are working.....still really sick but nothing compared to yesterday.....isn't it amazing how our bodies heal faster now?

MB, I was re-reading the page and saw something to warn you about.
Using laptop and readers before bed can be problematic for sleeping. It seems the light they give off messes with our ability to get sleepy.

I looked up Prosecco a while back, thinking what the heck is that? Discovered it's just champagne from a different region.....ie Italy.....I was really upset (for about 2 and a half minutes) thought damn, I am never going to get to try that.
May I add that I never drank champagne.....not ever....but little alchie voice went off there.....so so funny.....bet it's revolting guys. Just more liquid poison torture (kenton).

And thank your for congrats!
Trach - Thank you for the warning. I am aware about laptop and smartphone's blue light which disrupts the sleeping pattern.
Watching UFC before bed is my bad habit I am battling.
And that is why I chose Kindle, among others. As Venus said, it has a night mode. And it's entire setup emulates experience of reading a real book (E-ink carta technology), so it is not supposed to mess up with my sleep so much)
