Day 1, again.

Climbing back on the wagon. Ready to sleep, feel, and BE better. Ready to lose the booze weight and save money. Ready to remember my days. Ready to try again. If I can quit for one day, then I can quit for a lifetime.

Learning and believing with all your heart and mind that you will never drink again is key. Your AV will create all sorts of reasons why one drink won’t hurt but we know where that gets us. I had more “day ones” then I can count. You can do it. I promise it’s worth the effort.

SOunds like you have a pretty good attitude. That will help a lot. The key is to be prepared for those cravings and moments of weakness. Wish you the best.

Welcome back, MetalRose.

Those are all very positive thoughts.

You can absolutely be sober for a lifetime.

A Plan for sobriety can be so very helpful:

Maybe consider joining the Class of May, 2018.
