25 days
 

The facts on the ground don't change, life is still tough, beautiful, boring, too short, and my little demons of self-sabotage flit on and off my shoulders, but being sober means everything to me these days.

I don't have time to deal with the pain anymore. I'm done with wasting it away.

Pangs come and go, melancholy at times, strong too. But screw that. I don't drink.

Happy Monday fellow sober soldiers.

I think with more continuous sober time you're going to find life is pretty danged great.

The drinking demons will eventually go away. I rarely hear from them these days, and when I do, they are easy to dismiss. :)
