I'm so glad you came here and posted today. You could have continued drinking, but you didn't, you came right back here. Sounds like you've got a lot going on, maybe build in a few extra supports.

You've developed a lot of tools during your sober time, Rar. I'm confident you can add to the plan and make it 'iron clad'. Please don't beat yourself up, you really are doing great! So glad you came straight back.
