Yeah for me . Coming off a 40 yr “binge” . It works if you work it!
Seriously this is so much better, If I could do this anyone can . I drank almost every day for the last 10 yrs. AA is helping me tremendously.
Yes there are still life problems but I do not have to drink over them today. It feel good.
