Day 6
 

I’m feeling better every day, but also know that I can’t become complacent. This is a journey and I must remain strong, I can’t remember the last time I had six days.

Congrats on almost a full week SWB. The fact that you have made it this far is likely due to you remaining vigilant - keep up the good work!

Thanks Scott ( My name too ) I’ve been playing the tape forward which is something I hadn’t tried before. Also when I’m driving home from work I kick my av out of the car when I pass a liquor store.

6 days is a great start. Keep going, it gets better. And easier.
