Eminem celebrated 10-years of sobriety last month. His addiction to painkillers was bad . It almost killed him. Gladly this isn't a sad celebrity drug story. He beat it. I know he is celebrity and has more resources than most of us but in mind he is the public eye a lot more than us as well which has to be hard especially for someone battling addictions.

Anyway check out the article. It's a great story hopefully he can be an inspiration for all of us especially us rap fans!

Judging by his music, this is a man that was basically tormented buy every emotion in his life,

He is obviously much older now, I guess with maturity different strengths open up inside of us as I've noticed alot of successfuly recovered people are in their middle years.

This does bring light to the fact that it is possible, if he can do it anyone can.

I'm not a big Eminem fan, but he has definitely matured and pulled himself out of a downward spiral.
