STOP drinking

It may keep you alive in the moment, yes. But in the long run, Sure it was fun for awhile, but as per now it just makes it worse, believe me. And I know withdrawls are hell, I have been through them way too many times. FU-K. Please just STOP. Hang it up, f-k it, let this be your last one. /rant

Welcome back Polaroid. Last time you were here you were going to be entering a detox/inpatient program - did you follow through?

I did, but fu-eck up again. Right now I am going through withdrawals. Feeling dizzy and all that, but I know it will be over in about 48 hours. Which seems like a bloody lifetime when you are in so much pain.

Sorry to hear that, don't be afraid to seek medical help if you need it. Withdrawals can get subsequently worse each time, hope that's not the case for you.

So doggone true!! Right now, I am pretty much past the physical withdrawals. Anxiety is bad. At the end of the day, none of this worth it. At all. Zero, zip, nada.

It's the simplest hard thing. The clearest difficult choice.

It solves almost all of the pain and suffering and anxiety and ennui that these boards are filled with.

Just don't f--king drink.
