When I stopped I was having horrible walking problems....possibly the beginnings of Wernicke-Korsakoff syndrome. It improved within a week or two, by three weeks I started getting strength in my legs back. I was so sick when I stopped that everything had to get better.

I started Big Workout and Diet about 120 days in. Lost 50 pounds in 6 months and built a lot of muscle. I meet people on the street and have actually said "Do I know you" after I've said hello.

My brother's wife said she's never seen a light in my eyes like this.

Relatively early on (six months, I think) I was told I looked good, younger than my years. In addition to looking good, I was told I look happier.

Hi

I came across your post and like the comments. Congrats on day 5. I'm a little more than 24 hrs in myself, reading the comments have been helping me.
