Vivid drinking dream last night. Including the shame. Woke up so happy and relieved that it was just a dream. It's as if my mind played the tape for me, just giving me a little reminder of how things really were, lest I forget. Not sure what conscious thoughts spurred my subconscious to set that in motion last night, but I'll take it.

Beautiful weekend ahead of me in central USA. Sending positive energy out to all my SR friends.

I haven't had a drinking dream yet, but I have had dreams to where I wasn't sure if it happened or not. I had to fully wake up and think it through. It's scary. Have a wonderful weekend.

Those dreams tend to stick with me for a day or so, It gets hard to remember it really was just a dream. Haven't had one in a while, thank goodness.

Over 8 yrs sober and sometimes will get a thought of drinking out of nowhere. But my mind immediately says NO and the thought goes away.
