17 Days Sober
 

This past week has been somewhat of a rollercoaster. Last weekend and earlier this week I was feeling great and was full of energy. Then a couple days ago I came crashing down and have been really depressed. On top of that, I started getting more body aches. This is probably the closest I've been to wanting a drink so far, but I know that would only make things worse. Aside from the doom and gloom, I've noticed the redness on my face has started to go down, and I've been sleeping better than I have in a long time. Also have a Dr's appointment next week to hopefully take care of some medical issues, so there's that to look forward to. Just gotta keep pushing forward...
