It's been awhile since I've been here
I screwed up. Last Aug 31st was my daughter's 21st birthday. I decided to have a celebratory toast with her because I thought I could handle it. I did handle it. I was able to drink moderately for a few months and now I'm back to wanting to drink every day. It was almost a year ago I quir

tough when we find out we can't rely on our thoughts to necessarily be " the truth of the matter".
but it does then show that we need to anchor our sobriety in more solid places than just our thought of the day.

I just went through my posts and I don't remember starting this thread. I see it was at 10:00 so I was probably drinking. Crazy. Makes me wonder where and what else I posted about out there. Smh
