Well I broke my promise ! My last post I apologised for being absent for a few months and promised to post ..guess life got on the way !
Hope everyone is ok ! I’m about 13 months now , don’t realky count any more and getting wasted is really thing of past and have very few thoughts about it ..occasionally get a wallop but snuff the demon out quite quick usually
Had a major tumble on bike couple weeks back and recovering from a platted shoulder collar and couple bust ribs , stopped me in my tracks with exercise which I used for 12 months.!
Found Netflix while I sit here for another 4 weeks mending ! (Any suggestions on box sets welcome ! On Bates motel at mo - very good !)
Keep strong everyone , be like me and turn your lives around :-)
Actually had a really good compliment Friday that I looked really well despite feeling like road kill ! 🤪
