I am also glad to see you back too, mummy
Don't give up on yourself! We all struggle with shame but you know, you will get better when you let it go and focus on making yourself strong. We are all here for you and whatever you need. It will help your family for sure. Your kids love and care for you- they want a healthy, happy mom

You've got lots of friends here wishing you well, Mummy. Stay strong and don't give up. The doctor is a great step. ((HUGS))

awful yes but can be the turning point.
My son was my turning point. My husband took my oldest on a work trip, my mother in law had my two youngest kids. It was just going to be me and my middle son with fun plans all week. I drank allllll week, couldn’t go anywhere . He then told me I slept all week and looking at my Fitbit...I did. I hate myself for that, so much...I ended up making up that lost week to him with fun but also with my health, I stopped drinking and because of that time with him...I vow that I will NEVER touch another drink of alcohol again. So mad about that still and it’s been 2 months
