Sorry...i gave in and took a load of pills ended up in hospital things still not great i didnt call my sponsor before i did it should have got to see her tomorrow and am too scared to call her just in case she is mad at me
and decides she cant cope with me that will be my fault
talked to my pastor told him what happened he was worried about me things arent good at all going to a crisis cenrtre tonight to see if they will have me in they might not think there very busy
in crisis husband has to be with me most of the time i just want to die

Am at the crisis center at the moment staff said that they can help me stay safe but if I feel unwell to talk to them I found it helpful the last time I was here my husband can get some rest and I will be safe he can't watch me 24,/7 feelinga very low still can't reach my
sponsor unsure what to do about that
Sitting down in the Tv room and there is a tank, with fish I don't like fish there eyes look funny

GMS, I'm so sorry I'm just checking in here now and seeing your post. Thankfully you are alright and I'm so glad to know you are safe and being cared for at the moment.
