Trying to start over again

This is my day 1, probably about the millionth time I've done this but I really need to get it right this time. I feel like I know my body can go on like this for too much longer, I'm getting closer to the point of no return in terms of my health.

I drank a lot last night and am hungover today, feeling blue but I have no one else to blame for my current predicament except me.

To new beginnings!

I am having a rough day, I decided I was going to quit after yesterdays drinking so went a bit mad drinking way more than I usually do so just trying to drink a lot of water and keep whatever food I can down. It's my birthday soon and I wanted to quit before then.
