New study presents conflicting information
Who here can drink moderately?
I believe there is something to 5-10 drinks a week or less helping with stress and cardiovascular issues, and it’s not just red wine. The latest UK study contradicts this.
The key here is moderate. The consequences of heavy drinking far outweigh the benefits of a few glasses of wine a week. If you can’t moderate drinking the benefits of moderate drinking are meaningless.

Yeah that glass of red wine a day thing was a sham. sure a glass of wine will lower blood pressure... for like an hour. after that it will raise blood pressure, and you know damage organs and put a higher strain on the body to pass said toxins. oh yeah I forgot to mention the really bad thing about a glass a day... YOU ARE TRAINING YOURSELF TO DRINK EVERY DAY DOING THAT!!!!!
