Yeah me drinking a bottle and half of wine and eating a full pizza to myself and waking up feeling rough and not doing all the jobs I have planned in the morning xx

I just went to the shop to get sweets and chocolate for my movie tonight and my av was screaming “just get a bottle of wine, no ones at home... no one will know” I feel disgusted because that’s not even how I feel..

Its going to happen, its how we handle it that matters. Sad as it may seem, I often took some melatonin and went to bed very early. Anything to stay away from the booze.

I'm ok had a bottle of red my sister came round we watched a movie with the kids...I'm not drunk, in bed teeth brushed , make up off and writing in my gratitude diary ... it's not ideal but I'm angry with myself...yet xx
