Feeling good ...worried?
Hi, 161 days today. I’ve been feeling pretty good lately. The first 4 months were tough thought about drinking everyday had to play the tape through multiple times a Day.
Last 5 weeks pretty much at ease, the drink thought hasn’t popped in my head and I just feel happy.
Been going to 4 or 5 meeting a week plus a Big Book study meeting that I really enjoy. I don’t maybe I feel I do not deserve this. Definitely have to watch for the self sabotage. I am going to keep doing what I’ve been doing it is better than before. That I can tell you.
I used to express myself so much better. Lost brain cells I guess.

Sounds like the amazing, mind-blowing Grace of God to me.
The whole nature of grace is that it is undeserved and can't be earned, but God is so amazing he can and does give us that love anyway. And always did. Difference is, we're allowing ourselves to feel that love and act lovingly to ourselves and others now as well. And that, for me as well, is MUCH better than before.
