Feel low
Not feeling so good at the moment went to my music therapy was happy going in feel like crap now the things brought up made my mood low makes me want to cut also I don't think I can do threapy any more just want to die am sitting on the bus in snow the bus hasn't moved in 20 minutes think it's another blizzard and
we are going nowhere fun
want a drink but that is unlikely

Feeling low is normal GMS - life will have it's ups and downs. Perhaps try thiking about some of the more positive things in your life you've recently had happen? Your post about finding a sponsor was quite encouraging.

am thinking of stopping the music therapy its meant to be for six months but i dont think i can open up anymore going to think about it over the weekend see how i feel

GMS, I think we are all tired of winter now. I'm sure it's not helping your mood to be stuck on a bus in the snow.
Good plan to think about the music therapy and maybe talk it over with your husband to see if continuing to go is a good idea for you.
