Another 24 hours sober
 

Good morning all from a rainy dull UK.
Well I have got another day of sobriety under my belt and looking forward to a sober day 4.
Just a few pluses. Groggy foggy morning brain has gone. Tummy bloat much better. Been eating well (apart from a bit if easter chocolate!). Getting sleep through the night instead of a couple if hours after passing out on the couch. Best if all though......for anyone that saw my "Bad role model" post a few days ago.....my daughter hasnt had a drink either. I know she was only having the odd small glass of wine but I didnt like to see it and maybe my "bad role model" drinking was a definite contribution to that.

Yep - the weather is typical - the rain and wind has just kicked in up here on Merseyside.
Day 4 eh? - looking good. The sleep should get better from now.
