Anger Iceberg

When I was first sober I couldn't understand why I was so ANGRY all the time. My emotions seemed to just flip so quickly and irrationally. Now I know I was just seeing the tip of the iceberg. I saw this today and was thinking that I'd have around this useful when I was suffered from all that rage. Maybe others will find it useful as well...

It reminds me of Freud’s metaphor of the mind. What we see is only the tip of the iceberg.
