Be grateful you don’t put yourself though it anymore

No more embarrassment, paranoia, anxiety, depression, hopelessness, because you simply don’t drink alcohol anymore. Sounds like something to be immensely grateful for!!

Grateful to be sober

I am with you!

I agree 100%. When I drank I was constantly wondering if I did or said something I shouldn't have, acted foolishly etc.... That doesn't happen anymore and it is very calming. I sleep well.

Yep! I also love remembering going to bed the night before. It's the little things.

You're so right, I am very grateful that I don't deal with the insufferable hangovers anymore.

Totally agree
I'm an overthinker we even sober so when drunk- it'd go into overtime!!
Today people were going on about drinking over the Easter holidays and I just thought- I won't be but I also won't be feeling drained, hungover, depressed because I relapsed and texted something stupid to someone.
I'm grateful for sobriety and enjoying life with my eyes open, not numb!

Not having anything to hide is incredibly liberating! Completely agree with you. :)
