I have lierally been drinking 3 2 liters of water a day, but sorry to be tmi but my pee still gets dark like i am dehydrated. If i drink a bunch of water in a couple of hours it will go clear. Anyone have this issue quitting alcohol?

If you’re worried see your doc-only they can tell you what’s going on but it might just be your body getting rid of all the toxins in your body after so much abuse. It took my body months to get stable again.
