Enough I’ve had enough of this dark world |
There is light on the other side! I can promise you that!! Don't give up!!! Prayers~ |
Maybe it's time to hit up daily AA meetings in between the SMART ones? |
What's up, Stewie? Stay with us, man :grouphug: |
What's going on Stew? |
step into the light, stew. |
It takes a lot of effort to turn on the lights Stewy but you absolutely have that power. Make good choices. D |
keep fighting Stewy!! |
Hope you check in Stew. The world was dark for many of us, then we decided to do something about it. You can too. |
I can relate Stewy, the dark side is an ugly, ugly place. Once you make a decision to cross over the beauty is endless. I can't tell you what a relief it is to make that choice. You deserve happiness and light. |
I’m a dead man if I carry this on. Lowest if the low tonight |

What’s going on Stew...? Talk to us, if you can manage it, maybe we can put our heads together and help...? |

There's nothing but misery in the drinking life, Stewy. You know that now more than ever. Get free and live the life you deserve. |
Stewy, That's the alcohol talking, not you. Remember that drinking a depressant will make you feel depressed. In darkness there is light, but you have to take the first step towards it. Not sure of your music genre, but here's some motivation. You can do it! https://youtu.be/AvKHPTMZI7E |
I had a tendency to fall into similar relapse cycles Stewey. If you're hungover, and in a dark place. I've spent hundreds of wasted days in agony with poison floating in my blood that my liver couldn't handle. Take those days, and think about them. How many times have you missed a sunny day to enjoy the weather because you were hungover? Ever missed work?.. The stuff you do to keep yourself fed, and a roof over your head? A week or two of detox does wonders to kick-start at least what feels like busting through a frozen lake from the murky waters below. If you can find a place to detox safely, or find a way to inform yourself, it'll get you started. You'll realize those hungover days combined have done crazy damage and waste of days compared to the few weeks it takes to get the tough bit out of the way. I'm at the point where withdrawals are less dark than hangovers. If you can go to the doc for outpatient meds, it'll make things easier. Go inpatient if you can... might be able to set a payment plan that keeps reminding you to be sober if you can't pay for it in one shot. |
I understand fully Stewy! This hamster wheel is so easy to get on and so hard to get off of. You’re not alone. |
Hope to see aDay One post from you todayStewy. |
