Another Sat night not drinking

But sitting eating ice cream and cheese cake. This isn't a bad life. I love to read and I can read now without passing out and forgetting what I've read.

Someday the sugar has to go but not yet.

Good for you! Ice cream and cheesecake is much healthier than alcoholism

Amen to that!! Lol food is my best reward no way I'm giving it up now. I'm letting myself eat whatever I want, do whatever I want as long as its not drink ☺

Hi, I am working another Saturday night, and grateful to have the job. You said "another". How many Sober Saturday nights have you had so far? As always, one day at a time. Have a great sober evening.

Keep going chowchow, the sober Saturday nights become normal after a while and you find yourself wondering why you spent so much time drunk. Good luck.

Have a great sober evening

Early evening I had crisps, diet coke and a cadburys flake
Evening- coffee and a chic followed by peppermint tea

My social media was flooded with people and their pints. I enjoyed my treats and I'm sure I woke up a lot fresher than most after at Paddy's!!:-)

Chow,

I spent the day taking jr. To baseball and to a school function. Then did yard work and rode my motorcycle for the first time in months.

I was a bit wobbly at times, but it was extremely fun. I have been riding since 5 years old so all the moves are deeply ingrained.

I found an empty school parking lot and practiced slow speed turns for a while. My bike is over 800 lbs. and gets unsteady at slow speeds, especially while braking and using the clutch.

Finally, I fell asleep watching Alien 3 until jr. Calls me up at 10 pm. needing a lift home. Since I am clean as a whistle, I gotter done.

Thanks.

Well done Chowchow! Ice cream and cheesecake sound yummy. I had ice cream and strawberries. Because I'm retired, everyday is a Saturday for me, so I had to learn to adjust to 7 Saturdays. You are doing an awesome job!

Nice one chow,
One day this sober revelution will kick off.
It’s the only way to be.

My Favourite is bourbon....wait for it...creams with green tea or sparkling water.

Good job Chowchow. I know we've posted about the sugar in the past....my consumption is up too and now that I'm a bit older my body just doesn't handle it well. I'm kind of plump and I hate it!! We leave for vacation the 25-29...after that its Keto for me. Ugh.

Great job chow. Ice cream saved my butt when it came to needing sugar. Keep it going and you have all of us to turn to...
Peace
