One Week Sober!

I can't believe I've finally made it a whole week. Physically I feel really good. Have been sleeping really well too.

My issue is, and has always been, my psychological dependency on alcohol. For me, this takes waaay longer to go away than the physical need. Still battling the cravings every night.

On the lighter side: I think my belly is getting flatter!

A week is great! Congratulations. I agree that the psychological part is difficult. I'm still having tough times. My tummy is not going down as quickly as I'd like, but I think I'm making progress too.
