Made it through Night 3. My physical withdrawal is going well better than my emotional one.

Me at night: I want to drink, I want to drink

Me in the morning: I'm so glad I didn't, I'm so glad I didn't

My goal: to goal through a whole day without even thinking about alcohol. I have a long way to go!

Fantastic on 3 days , i feel just the same as you in the evenings but its worth it to wake up in the morning feeling fantastic!
