It's hard to believe it has been almost two years since I've posted here. I see lots of new people and a few of the "old crowd". This visit is to give encouragement to you newbies and congratulate you on your road to discovery, a replacement word for recovery. The two are actually synonyms when it come to sobriety, for recovery is a discovery of what life really is. As with any discovery, it takes belief, perseverance, a lot of sweat, and conscious effort. But in the end, our new-found existence will be its own reward.
Carry on, explorers, find that treasure.
