Day 3 complete! Very little in the way of withdrawals, just trouble getting to sleep, irritability and constant running nose.

I'm struggling with feeling like I need something to make me feel good, I guess I just have to give it time.

Yes, the process will require a lot of patience, but once you’re done, you’ll feel 100 times better than you do now!

You’ll see incremental improvements along the way, after 10, 20, 50 days etc, but there will also be periods when everything needs to stand still.

Time to start working on a plan. And congrats on day 3!
